ADMT Notice Kit is run by Ingenious AI. This page says what the service stores and why, in plain terms.

What we store

Your account email and a hashed password. Your business profile from the setup wizard (business name, states, decision types, tool name, review contact, correction contact). The documents you generate. The adverse decisions, review cases, and record log entries you create. License key hashes, never the full key after redemption.

What the record holds about other people

You enter names and case details for the people your decisions affect. That data is yours, stored under your account, and shown only to your account and the reviewers you assign. Do not enter data you have no right to hold.

What we do not do

We do not sell account data. We do not use your record to judge any decision. Verification and license emails are sent from Ingenious AI at [email protected] through our mail provider.

Retention and export

The kit is built for a three-year record retention duty. You can export your full record at any time on Pro and Team plans. To close an account and delete its data, contact us from the contact page.
